Terms & Conditions

1. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are placed directly on our website.
     

  • Prices are listed in euros (€). As a small Belgian business, we are exempt from VAT (Article 56 of the Belgian VAT Code). Therefore, our prices are displayed and invoiced excluding VAT, and no VAT will be added to your order, whether you are a private individual or a professional, in Belgium or the European Union. For customers outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes remain your responsibility.
     

  • We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and [other methods if applicable].
     

  • Order confirmation is subject to plant availability.

2. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver only to the 27 countries of the continental European Union (excluding islands not served, such as the Canary Islands, Madeira, the Azores, French Overseas Departments and Territories, etc.). If you wish to place an order from another country (Switzerland, Norway, islands, etc.), please contact us directly by email at info@xeran-invitrolab.com to discuss the possibilities. Thank you for your understanding.
     

  • Shipping costs: see shop.
     

  • Delivery time: Plants are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
     

  • Packaging: We use appropriate packaging to protect the plants during transport.
     

  • Preparation for shipping: Each plant is carefully removed from the agar to prevent any damage during transport. They are then placed back in the pot with absorbent paper, ensuring better protection and delivery in perfect condition.
     

  • Extreme weather conditions: In case of frost, heat waves, or forecasted severe weather, we may postpone delivery to preserve the quality of the plants. You will be notified by email of any potential delays.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Plants: Report any problems within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, for an exchange or refund.
     

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

 

4. Guarantee

  • We guarantee the quality of our plants upon delivery. If you encounter any problems, please contact us promptly for a solution.
