 Scientific name : Aerangis punctata J.Stewart
 
 Origin : Rainforests of East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda).
 
 Natural habitat : Epiphyte, growing on branches and tree trunks in shaded and well-ventilated areas, between 1,000 and 2,000 m altitude.

 Temperature

 
 Day: 20–26°C.
 
 Night: 14–16°C.
 
 Avoid temperatures below 12°C or above 30°C.

 Humidity

 
 Ideal rate: 70–80%.

 Light

 
 Intensity: Subdued to medium light (east/west window or light shade in greenhouse).
 
 Avoid: Direct sunlight during the hottest hours.

 Watering

 
 In vitro: Keep the medium slightly humid, avoid stagnant water.
 
 Post-transplanting: Water regularly, allow to dry slightly between waterings.

 Fertilizer

 
 In vitro: Diluted nutrient solution (1/4 dose) every 2 weeks.
 
 Post-transplanting: Orchid fertilizer (1/2 dose) during active growth.

 Ventilation

 
 In vitro: Slight air circulation to prevent mold.
 
 Acclimation: Gradually increase ventilation after transplanting.
